Questions
Before you upload
What files can I upload?
PDF plan sets, DWG or DXF files, or clear photos of the sheets. Floor plans plus elevations give the best result.
How accurate is the model?
We model from your sheets as uploaded and check the result against them. The views are concept visuals, not construction documents.
What if you get something wrong?
If the model doesn't match your plans, we fix it free. Design changes after delivery are priced as revisions.
Can I download the 3D model?
Yes. Your job page lists the model files once the job is delivered. GLB opens in SketchUp 2025 and later, Blender and most 3D apps.
How do revisions work?
Mark up the model or the views on your job page, add a note for each change and send them together. Small changes start at $15.
Who sees my plans?
Only us and the AI services we use to build and finish the model. We never show your project anywhere without written permission.

Terms in plain words
A draft summary. The full terms get reviewed before launch.
- Concept visuals. The views show design intent. They aren't measured drawings or construction documents.
- Accuracy. We model from your plans as uploaded. Missing or unclear sheets can change the quote. If we misread your plans, we fix it free.
- Confidentiality. Your plans and images are never shared or shown in our portfolio without your written permission.
- AI processing. Your files are processed by AI services, including Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI's image models.
- Usage rights. You may use the images for marketing, sales and approvals.
- File storage. We keep project files for 12 months after delivery for revisions, then delete them.
- Quotes. A quote is valid for 14 days.
- Payments. Paid in full at checkout through PayPal. Quotes over $300 are confirmed by hand and need a 50% deposit.
- Refunds. Full refund if we can't deliver. After delivery, we fix problems instead of refunding.
